What you need to know:

This is a low impact, strength based class focusing on those three target areas.

Main Focus:

Core strengthening.

Time:

What you need to know:

This workout focuses on strengthening the abdominals, obliques, glutes and back. It is a low impact session, mainly floor based but promises to leave you with a deep burn!

Main Focus:

Improves cardiovascular fitness, is a low impact workout and great fun!

45 minutes

This workout gives you all the benefits of running without the impact. It helps with lymphatic drainage and helps improve balance and co-ordination.

Main Focus:

Interval Training - full body focus!

Time:

30 minutes

 

What you need to know:

This is a fast paced 30 minute workout. HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training

Main Focus:

Cardiovascular fitness.

What you need to know:

Choreographed track by track, this session combines boxing basics with punch and kick combinations. Great for improving co-ordination.
