Personal training sessions include an initial consultation to discuss your goals and targets. We will perform some static health tests as well as physical fitness tests to determine a suitable personalised programme for you. On-demand videos will be provided as part of your package to compliment the one to one fitness training we do together. There will be regular check-ins and re-evaluations to help keep you on track. Nutritional advice will also be available should that be something you are wanting guidance on.
Sessions run for 45 minutes using Zoom.
