Personal training sessions include an initial consultation to discuss your goals and targets. We will perform some static health tests as well as physical fitness tests to determine a suitable personalised programme for you. Home programming and online sessions will be provided as part of your package to compliment the one to one fitness training we do together. There will be regular check-ins and re-evaluations to help keep you on track. Nutritional advice will also be available should that be something you are wanting guidance on.
